James William Whitaker Jr, 68 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said a dead body and drugs inside his home at 36 Harris Road.’. Police said that a welfare check call was issued and when they arrived at the home Whitaker refused to allow entry. After first responders went inside they discovered the body at the entrance way. The female body was partially covered by multiple fabrics.
