Funeral services held for Jesse McFall, Sr.

Funeral services for Jesse Franklin McFall, Sr., 86, were held June 21 at the New Freedom Worship Center in Dunham. Burial was in the Whitaker Cemetery in Seco. The son of the late Jasper and Bertha McCray McFall, he was born at Dry Fork. He died June 17 at Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital.

Anthony “Tony” Combs, 62, died Thursday, June 10, at his home in Letcher. He was a son of Barbara Banks of Frankfort and the late Edison Combs. Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Patricia Littrell Combs; four brothers, Thomas Combs and wife Cindy of Letcher, Barry Combs and wife Rhonda of Jeremiah, Mark Banks and wife Shanna of Isom, and John Banks and wife Billie of Lexington; two sisters, Tane Combs of Isom and Brigette Stacy of Frankfort; a stepdaughter, Natasha Adams; a stepson, Tony Shepherd; and two grandchildren, Alisa and Bubby. Private funeral services were held. Burial was in the Combs Cemetery at Letcher.
