Alright look, we need to get to the bottom of this because I pass it every single day and I'm concerned. Now I grew up in the country and went to school between two cornfields. I'm familiar with all kinds of unpleasant smells from gross algae, dead fish and especially manure. However this smell is, as Mr. Krabs once said, "a smelly smell that smells...smelly."
EATON COUNTY, MI – A 3-year-old boy shot by his father in Eaton County has died. Anson Zwick died at a local hospital on Wednesday night. Police say his father, 47-year-old, Joseph Lechleitner, shot him and his sister, 5-year-old Vivian Zwick, before killing himself inside a home on Old River Trail in Delta Township around 11 p.m. on Tuesday.
Witches gathered at Michigan's Capitol building to protest against GOP Chairman Ron Weiser for calling Michigan Governor, Attorney General & Secretary of State "witches." I guess everyone has a right to protest but I'm not sure protesting witches are really going to get a lot of public support, but they make for a hell of a photo op.

This 113 year old former train station is in the process of being redeveloped, if a brownfield redevelopment plan is approved according to the Lansing Mayor's office. This facility is in a prime downtown location only blocks from our state capital. As with many downtown redevelopments, the Gillespie Group is working on the project.
A now-former employee of the State of Michigan is being accused of coming up with an elaborate scheme to siphon money from state accounts. State investigators say 49-year-old Joseph Pettit got away with it for several years. His time ran out with his arrest. But not until he had erased well over $800,000 from state-managed accounts and moved the money into accounts he set up to make it all look legitimate. It worked. For a while. At a minimum, he’s facing three separate felony charges which could put him behind bars for a very long time. He’s being charged directly by the State Attorney General’s Office.
