'Proof of Being Unvaccinated Required' at Huntington Beach Restaurant

The sign on a window at a Huntington Beach restaurant might require a double-take. Instead of the masks-must-be-worn signs that became commonplace around California in an effort to stem the spread of the coronavirus, the sign taped to the window at Basilico’s Pasta e Vino reads, “PROOF OF BEING UNVACCINATED REQUIRED.”

Parents urge Tustin school district to end classroom mask mandate

A group of Orange County parents are pushing the Tustin Unified School District to end its classroom mask mandate. A demonstration was held by some parents Monday, led by organizations that are currently suing California Gov. Gavin Newsom and state health officials over the announcement earlier this month that all students will be required to wear masks indoors at school.
