Frisco raises water, sewer, solid waste rates

Frisco residents will see higher utility bills at the beginning of next year. Frisco City Council on Sept. 21 approved a 3% increase to water and sanitary sewer rates. The rate increases are necessary to meet debt service payments related to the Panther Creek and Stewart Creek wastewater treatment plants, according to Treasury Manager Brett Peterson.
