Hard work and lots of fun

After working hard on their projects, with some working for a full year, 4-H youth participated in the annual Reno County Fair at the Kansas State Fairgrounds. The county fair is a time for the 4-H'ers to shine, showing the projects they have produced, creating a tasty recipe or bringing the animals that they have raised and showing them. Open classes were available for the public to show their projects too. Lots of fun activities were also held including water wars, ranch rodeo, dance, family fun night and an awards luncheon.
