Sara Marie Declusin, age 28, was charged with second degree manslaughter and endangering a child after her five-month-old baby died while in her care. According to the criminal complaint filed by the Kanabec County Attorney’s Office, deputies were called to Declusin’s apartment in Mora the morning of Jan. 22 where they found the child pale and not breathing. CPR was administered and the baby was taken to Welia Health hospital.
