A group of people who are avid decorators of their houses in the Harrison area have organized a contest to pick the most festive residences in the area. Steve Benton, who with his wife, Beckie, are the owners of a house on Carr Court that draws many visitors this time of year, said the contest is a tribute to Carl Bear, who passed away earlier this year.
