Grand jury indicts home invasion suspects

Two Griffin men arrested in connection with a Feb. 22 home invasion that left the victim seriously injured have been indicted by a Spalding County grand jury. Daniel Wesley Gene Carter, 26, and Antonio Remo Shaw, 27, were indicted on charges of home invasion, first degree burglary, aggravated assault and aggravated battery. The two are scheduled to be arraigned Aug. 16 in Spalding County Superior Court.
