A Graham man was injured Sunday morning after crashing his motorcycle in Holt County. 56 year old Robert L Peter was southbound on Highway 113, 2 miles south of Skidmore, when he struck a deer and overturned. Peter was ejected and was taken by Atchison-Holt County Ambulance to Mosaic Life Care in St Joseph.

39 year old Joseph L Rhoades of Mound City crashed his motorcycle Saturday evening in Holt County. Rhoades was northbound on Highway 111, 5 miles north of Mound City, when he began to skid, crossed the center line, overturned and went off the roadway into a ditch. Rhoades was taken to Fairfax Community Hospital.

Last Monday afternoon (5/10) the Holt County Sheriff’s Office arrested three individuals following a report of a stolen vehicle from Maitland. Oregon Police located the vehicle abandoned in Oregon. Following an investigation, 26 year old Billy P Brock and 29 year old Tyler D King, both of Oregon and 25 year old Kayla L Turley of Independence were taken into custody.
