KOUNTZE, Texas — Hardin County Sheriff's deputies are crediting the sharing of surveillance video for the arrest of three auto burglary suspects in the county. Four suspects wearing hoodies were caught on surveillance video early Tuesday morning, May 10, 2022, stealing items from one of at least 10 vehicles according to the Hardin County Sheriff's Office.

BEAUMONT, Texas — A man accused of fleeing the scene after colliding with a motorcyclist in Sept. 2021 was arrested Wednesday by the Hardin County Sheriff's Office. Brittian Kerr, 37, of Sour Lake, is charged with failing to stop and render aid resulting in death, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
