(HAMILTON, MT) For bargain hunters there may be no better target than gas, with the cheapest station in the Hamilton area offering savings of $0.01 per gallon. On Saturday the cheapest gallon of unleaded regular in the area was at Exxon at 932 S 1St St. Regular there was listed at $3.38 per gallon Wednesday, compared to $3.39 at Conoco at 1987 N 1St St , which GasBuddy clocked as the most expensive station in the area.

Delays, Delays – Stevensville Road Project Re-starting

Early this summer, work started on a large road project on Highway 269 south of Stevensville. But, all of a sudden, work stopped and the crews disappeared. The Montana Department of Transportation said that the contractor, FirstMark Construction, unexpectedly closed their business. So, the project was put up for bid again and now Schellinger Construction will start work Monday, September 27.
