Dispute with ride-share diver leads to fentanyl arrest in Grant Co.

GRANT CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – Indiana State Police say a Fort Wayne man is facing charges after getting into a dispute with his Lyft driver. Police say that around 8:10 p.m. on Monday night, officers responded to 5498 N. Grant County Rd. 500 East after the ride-share driver hit a panic alarm in his vehicle.

Marion man facing multiple felony charges

GRANT COUNTY, IN- On July 21, 2022 at approximately 3:46 am, Grant County Central Dispatch received a 911 call from a female, at a residence in the 1100 Block of E 32nd Street, Marion. Dispatch could hear the female screaming for help and they could hear a male in the background. Officers were then dispatched to the scene. As Officer Biddle and Sgt Ridgway arrived, they could hear a female screaming. Officers made entry into the home and observed Zachary T. Case, age 35, fleeing from inside the residence. Officer Biddle gave chase and advised he was in a foot pursuit. At one point Officer Biddle used his Tazer to stop Case, but the Tazer was ineffective.

Dispute with ride share driver leads to arrest of Fort Wayne man

GRANT COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – Indiana State Police say that a Fort Wayne man was arrested following a dispute with a Lyft driver in Grant County. Shortly after 8 p.m. Monday officers responded to North Grant County Road 500 East, near 550 North, because a Lyft driver had activated his panic alarm. On arrival, the driver said that he told the passenger to get out of the car and the passenger complied.

Dispute with Ride Share driver leads to Fentanyl arrest

Grant County – Monday night, a dispute with a Lyft driver led to the arrest of Zavion Davis, 20, Ft Wayne, IN. Davis was incarcerated in the Grant County Jail to face criminal charges for dealing in a narcotic drug with enhancing circumstances, possession of marijuana, possession of a handgun by a dangerous person, possession of a legend drug, and resisting law enforcement.
