GRANGEVILLE — Grangeville High School soccer will be hosting a taco fund-raiser with pre-orders accepted through Aug. 8. Purchase tacos with corn tortilla ($1.75 each), burritos with flour tortillas ($8 each), or quesadillas on flour tortillas (cheese for $5; super for $10). Choice of meat: beef, chicken or pork. Investigation continues into Kamiah shooting incident; three deceased identified from July 19 murder-suicide

KAMIAH — Identifications have been released, but what led up to last week’s shooting in Kamiah is still under investigation by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office. In cooperation with the Lewis County Coroner’s Office, the three deceased individuals were identified as Maden McAnear, 31, and Chip Brooks, 57. The suspect has been identified as Ronald Port, 71.
