A Princeton man was charged with strangulation in connection to an altercation that occurred over the weekend. Princeton police said 36-year old Bryan D. Murray High announces Hall of Fame class

MURRAY — Murray High School will induct its sixth class into the Murray High Athletic Hall of Fame at 5 p.m. Oct. 22, at the high school campus. Prior to the induction ceremony, a light reception will be held at 4 p.m. in the commons area for all new inductees and their families, former inductees, Murray High alumni and community members.

Mrs. Mary Ann Vick, age 75, of Bumpus Mills, TN was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born November 27, 1946 the beloved daughter of the late William Mitchell and Virginia Inez Keel. Mary Ann and her husband trusted in the Lord and was loyal members of Dyers Creek Church of God. In 1964, she graduated from Stewart County High School. She was proud to be a member of the Iron Mountain Chapter #412 Order of the Eastern Star. Mary Ann was a hard worker and retired as a clerk for the UPS. She was an avid yard salesman and was knowledgeable in antiques, always getting the best deals. Mary Ann enjoyed college basketball, especially University of Tennessee and University of Kentucky. She was a proud grandmother and enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s sports and school activities. She loved her family deeply. She and her husband enjoyed entertaining, cooking and grilling for their family and friends at their lake home.
