Paine Field airport operator announces plans for private terminal, hangar complex

Propeller Airports, which operates the commercial terminal at Paine Field in Everett, said it's planning a new terminal and hangar complex for private flights. The announcement follows the Everett company's acquisition on Wednesday of Castle & Cooke's fixed-base operation services at the Snohomish County-owned facility. With the deal, Propeller will form a new subsidiary, Propeller Aero Services, which will manage things like fueling, hangar services, cleaning and catering.
