TROY, Ill. – Triad Community Unit #2 School District’s Board of Education approved the framework for the return to learn plan for the upcoming school year. As we begin the 2021-22 school year, masks will not be required at all times during the school day. However, masks are strongly encouraged for all students that are not vaccinated.
