College of Coastal Georgia releases President's List

The College of Coastal Georgia has announced the students who have earned their place on the President’s List for fall 2021 semester. To be named to the President’s List, a student must be enrolled in at least twelve hours of coursework and achieve a grade point average (GPA) of 4.00 for the term.

Brunswick High wrestling wins second straight region title

Brunswick High wrestling captured its second straight Region 2-6A crown this past weekend at the Area Duals in Richmond Hill. Mask mandate option removed in Glynn County Schools

Masks will no longer be required in Glynn County Schools, no matter the level of COVID-19 spread. The Glynn County Board of Education voted 6-1 on Tuesday to remove the words “mask mandate” from the school district’s COVID-19 procedure framework and instead use the words “strongly recommend” for masks.

Exchange Club honors Students of the Month

The Exchange Club of Brunswick held its second Student of the Month program for the 2021-2022 school year. It recognized students selected for November, December and January. Each school’s counselor chose the students, along with help from their teachers. The Glynn Academy winners were Nolan Hartley (November); Avery Wilson (December); and Lily Wood (January).
