ROCHESTER — A Rochester teen who plotted a Columbine-type massacre in Fulton County has had his prison sentence modified. Donald Victor Robin Jr., 19, Rochester, was sentenced in March 2021 for conspiracy to commit murder, a level 2 felony. He received 17 years in the Indiana Department of Correction, with eight years executed and nine years suspended.
