On Monday, September 20, 2021, at approximately 12:48 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at the Williams Chicken, located at 2831 E. Ledbetter Drive. Upon arrival, officers found the victim Lashanda Denise Wilson, a 41-year old Black female, lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and pronounced her deceased at the scene.
