It has been 55 years since Jayne Mansfield died tragically at 34 years old in a car crash. June 29, 1967, was the date, and her daughter, Law & Order: SVU star Mariska Hargitay, took a moment this week to mark the sad anniversary. "We live to love you more each day," Hargitay captioned a photo of her mother. The quote itself also adorns the late actress' cenotaph at Hollywood Forever Cemetery in California and her resting place at Fairview Cemetery in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania.

Morristown, NJ teen charged with sexual assault also ran child porn ring, prosecutors say

MORRISTOWN — A 19-year-old is accused of using the app Telegram to secretly record his teenage victims and distribute videos of their sexual activity to his co-conspirators. Ruben Gonzalez was arrested on Monday, June 27, according to Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll. The Morristown teenager is charged with operating a child pornography ring between December 2020 and November 2021.

In the age of SnapChat and Netflix, it’s not often you get to walk into a place like Hilarity Hall. Volunteers at Bushkill Park in Forks Township, near Easton, claim it’s the oldest funhouse in America. Nobody knows for sure how old it is. Volunteers found insurance records for the funhouse dating back to 1927. One volunteer believes he could date the facade paint back to 1918. If it’s not the oldest funhouse in America, it’s certainly up there.

Paul Casey, ranked 26th in the world, becomes latest to defect from PGA Tour for LIV Golf

The LIV Golf Invitational Series has picked up another one — as in another PGA Tour player. The newest name is Paul Casey, who LIV Golf announced Saturday is the latest defector from the PGA Tour. Casey, 44, will make his debut at the tour’s third event, July 29-31 at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey. Casey has missed the Masters, the PGA Championship and the U.S. Open this year, recovering from a back injury. He has not played since the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play Championship in March.

PUTNAMVILLE, Ind. — Justin Grant charged from the fourth row to win Saturday night’s Bill Gardner Sprintacular finale at Lincoln Park Speedway. Mired back in eighth for the start of the 40-lap feature co-sanctioned by the Midwest Sprint Car Series and the USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car Championship, Grant marched his way forward to the point on the 17th lap as he whistled past Kyle Cummins on the inside of turn three to assume the lead and carried onward to a $10,000 victory in his TOPP Motorsports/NOS Energy Drink – MPV Express – TOPP Industries/Maxim/Kistler Chevy.

Paul Casey joins LIV, plans to play at next event in New Jersey

Another one of the world's top golfers is jumping ship from the PGA TOUR to the LIV Invitational Series. Paul Casey, who's ranked No. 26 in the OWGR, confirmed he's joining the Saudi-backed rival league and intends to play in its next event in Bedminster, New Jersey, at the end of July. He also plans to take part in The Open Championship two weeks earlier.
