Teams are shifted in classification because of the AHSAA’s Competitive Balance Factor that assesses points earned by a sport on a team’s overall finish each year over the two years of a current classification alignment.

Wildcats end historic year with banquet

The Enterprise Wildcat basketball team honored it’s 7A state championship team with a banquet at the Enterprise Country Club on Monday, May 16. All of the varsity players were awarded with a 20-page scrapbook assembled specifically for each player that started from the area tournament through the championship game and celebratory photos. In addition, the varsity players and managers each received an autographed state championship basketball, a poster of the team at the end of the state championship game with their hats, trophy, cheerleaders and coaches.
