The 2022 Deltana Fair and Music Festival is forging ahead with preparations for the July 22-24 event

Despite some serious and sad challenges, organizers remain optimistic and determined. In February the fair board's dedicated president, Paul Myers, passed away. In addition, the board and volunteer staff have been putting in extra hours for two years to make up for the lack of a fair manager – a hired position that is still open. This year they have unable to fill the busy volunteer exhibit hall manager slot either. Even so, the board has started the annual process, full steam ahead. Sponsors are coming forward and volunteers are beginning preparations.
