Biblical Economic Policy by DBU Professors

“Biblical Economic Policy,” is a thought-provoking new book written by my favorite former teacher at Dallas Baptist University, Dr. Dave Arnott, and his colleague, Dr. Sergiy Saydometov. It’s so well written that it held my interest even though I’m no economics expert. The book provides a fascinating look at how Biblical principles speak to current economic conditions.

Six Flags Over Texas turns 60 on Aug. 5, and they invite new and old fans of the beloved theme park to join the celebration. Local businessman Angus G. Wynne Jr. envisioned his Arlington theme park as an affordable family entertainment venue, where a single admission price included all the rides and performances in the park. Good news for parents—children who are 12 years and older can now get the COVID-19 vaccine, and it couldn’t come at a better time. While children are less likely to develop severe illness from COVID-19, they are still at risk. Families deserve the chance to get back to an active life without the constant worries. They feature live music on weekends on their spacious patio that overlooks a small pond in back. Dallas County Reports Three-Day Total of 1,453 New Positive COVID-19 Cases and 3 Deaths

DALLAS — As of 3:00 pm July 27, 2021 Dallas County Health and Human Services is reporting 1,453 additional positive cases of 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Dallas County, 1,296 confirmed cases and 157 probable cases. There is a cumulative total of 269,408 confirmed cases (PCR test). There is a cumulative total of 44,964 probable cases (antigen test). A total of 4,186 Dallas County residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19 illness. Today’s press release includes the number of new cases from Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
