It seems that Jay Bialsky has played his cards right in Sag Harbor. The Hamptons developer’s Residence B at 2 West Water Street has hit the market, asking nearly $25 million, a year before the unit is expected to be finished. It will follow residence A, which will be Bialsky’s home after its completion in November, and residence C, scheduled to be ready in May.

Riverhead Police locate missing vulnerable adult

Riverhead Town Police located a missing vulnerable adult last night, after a search assisted by Suffolk County Police aviation and Riverhead Volunteer Ambulance Corps. A 78-year-old Park Road man with dementia was reported missing at by family members at approximately 9 o’clock Sunday night, police said. After an extensive search of the surrounding area by Riverhead Police, including a Riverhead K-9 unit, assisted by a Suffolk County Police helicopter and RVAC, the man was located unharmed, police said.

Arrest made in fatal shooting outside Dream Hotel in NYC

A 26-year-old man has been busted in connection to the fatal shooting outside the Dream Hotel in Manhattan last week, cops said Monday. Robert Johnson was arrested in North Babylon by the NYPD Regional Fugitive Task Force and Suffolk County Police Department Saturday and charged with murder, assault and criminal possession of a firearm.

Bethel AME pastor retires from church but not Three Village area

After a 40-year career — 26 of those years spent in Setauket — one local pastor recently decided it was time to retire. Known for his quiet presence and dedication to his religion and the community, the Rev. Gregory Leonard has stepped down as pastor of Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church on Christian Avenue. Shortly after his announcement, the congregation welcomed the Rev. Lisa Williams to step up to the pulpit.
