Jeremy James Linebaugh, age 49, passed away on June 30, 2022. He was born on June 18, 1973, the son of James and Judy (Hans) Linebaugh. Jeremy loved visiting with friends, camping in the family woods, and sitting around the bonfire with his dad and other family members. He was a great cook and was a trucker for most of his working life. He was employed at American Tower as a crew chief at the time of his passing. He was especially excited for the birth of his great nephew coming in November. He couldn't wait to be the best great uncle ever.

The Portland Civic Players were started up in 1955 by local enthusiasts and they have been enchanting audiences ever since. The players purchased the Sun Theater in 1971 and then made improvements to it to accommodate live performances. The players produce a play every spring and a musical every fall. Mary Teachout is currently serving as president of the players’ board of directors.
