WILMINGTON, Ohio — The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Fayette County. According to NWS, a severe storm capable of 60 mph winds and quarter-size hail was located near Sabina moving east at 40 mph. Residents should seek shelter inside a sturdy building.

Breaking: Police Pursuit in Fayette County Crosses County Lines Ends in Crash

Fayette – A utility vehicle was chased down after a report of it being stolen. Around 1:10 pm on Thursday Fayette County deputies started a chase on a utility vehicle that was reported stolen. When they attempted to stop the vehicle took off. The vehicle went through the Washington court house where local police joined in the chase. After leaving the city Ohio state highway patrol was able to spike several tires but that didn’t completely stop the suspect.

Pursuit spanning Fayette, Madison counties ends with one arrest

LONDON, Ohio — A high-speed chase has ended in London after it spanned two counties on Thursday. It happened in Madison and Fayette counties at around 1 p.m. The vehicle was reported stolen, which was why law enticement were chasing the car.
