"Defense played great tonight, they have been doing it all year," B-E head coach Robert Williams said after the game. "Offensively, we struggled a little bit, but they have a great team. It was just two great defenses tonight."

Investigation underway after two bodies found in Screven County pond

Two people were found dead in a Screven County pond on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Screven County Sheriff's Office. An investigation is now underway. At around 3 p.m. on Tuesday, the Screven County Sheriff's Office received a call about a suspicious vehicle at an address on Whitehill Road in Sylvania. That's where the bodies were found.
