Georgia Babysitter Charged with Murder After Exposing Toddler to ‘Fentanyl, Opiates, and Benzodiazepine’: Cops

A 59-year-old Georgia woman is behind bars this week after she exposed a 15-month-old child in her care to drugs that ultimately killed the toddler, police say. The suspect, identified by authorities in a statement to Law&Crime as Pamala Graves, was taken into custody and charged with one count of felony murder and possession of a schedule II controlled substance in connection with the baby’s death (notably the police report initially referred to the babysitter as Pamela Grace Parrish).

Former Clemson, Florida Running Back Announces Transfer Decision

Shortly after re-entering the transfer portal, Demarkcus Bowman has selected his next school. On Monday, the running back announced his commitment to UCF on Twitter. A former five-star prospect out of high school, Bowman transferred from Clemson after receiving just nine carries in 2020. CENTERVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported an earthquake in the Low Country Monday morning. The 1.9 magnitude quake hit Dorchester County around 3:31 a.m. and had a depth of 4 kilometers. An earthquake and four aftershocks were recorded Sunday in the Elgin area.
