Lauren Knight-Spurlock joined the staff of MEDC in April 2022. Lauren was the executive director of the Lake Village Chamber of Commerce prior to joining the MEDC Staff as executive assistant. She has experience in marketing/community events and small business engagement which she will use to develop a new Small Business Program for MEDC. She is currently working in partnership with the Monticello A&P Commission planning the Monticello Independence Day Celebration. Lauren, her husband Sam and step-son Dallas enjoy spending time outdoors together.
