Man Dies After Being Shot By 2 San Diego Deputies in Encinitas

San Diego County Sheriff's Department deputies shot and killed a man who they say had a gun after responding to a call in Encinitas on Friday. The shooting occurred at about 8 a.m. on a hillside in a neighborhood north of Leucadia Boulevard and west of Interstate 5, after deputies were called about a suspicious person, the San Diego County Sheriff's Department said.
