Theft suspects charged in Berks, Lancaster counties

ADAMSTOWN, Pa. — Two people from Berks County made a clean getaway from at least two crimes crimes but not the last one they committed, according to the police. The Ephrata Police Department in Lancaster County announced Tuesday that it has charged Jenna Hope Belcher, 28, and Nathan D. Conard, 35, both of Sinking Spring with theft, criminal mischief, criminal conspiracy, and possessing instruments of a crime.

Assault Serious Bodily Injury – On Sept. 3, 2021 at 9:34 a.m., troopers of PSP Jonestown responded to the Good Samaritan Hospital Rehabilitation Unit on the 900 block of Frystown Rd. in the City of Lebanon for an assault report. The report comes from the Department of Aging. The investigation is ongoing. The Victim was a 70 year old Fredericksburg man.

Fire Destroys York County Structure

HELLAM TOWNSHIP – Units battled a structure fire in Hellam Township, York County. It happened shortly before 9 p.m. yesterday in the 4900 block of Horn Road at the Horn Farm Center. Crews arrived to find fire from the second and third floors. There were no reports of injuries. A cause is under investigation.

Pottsville Police Issue Warrant for New York Man's Arrest After Assault

Pottsville Police have issued a warrant for New York man's arrest after an alleged assault over the weekend. On October 23rd, 2021 around 4:45pm, Pottsville Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Line Street for a report of an assault. Additional information provided was that a pregnant female was at this address and was just assaulted by her boyfriend.

According to police, officers responding to a shots-fired call with a person down at about 9:40 p.m. on the 1300 block of Susquehanna Street discovered 27-year-old Jamie Bey, who was lying on the ground suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

By: KDKA-TV News Staff HARRISBURG (KDKA) – Fishers, get your lines ready and mark your calendars because you now know when you’ll be able to fish for trout next year. The opening day for the 2022 trout season in Pennsylvania is April 2. According to the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, opening day will always be the first Saturday in April every year moving forward. That marks a change from mid-April in years past. Mentored youth trout day will be held one week earlier on March 26, 2022.
