Vivian Kathleen Brogdon, longtime Konawa area resident, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City at the age of 73. Vivian was born January 19, 1949 in San Rafael, California to Richard Edward and Lenore Geraldine (Hearrell) Brogdon. She graduated from high school in California in 1966. Vivian was an Emergency Room Clerk for several years retiring from Chickasaw Nation Medical Center in Ada. She enjoyed crocheting and doing puzzles. Vivian loved Elvis and Reba and the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, California.

Kelli Mosteller, a citizen of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation, is the new leader of the Harvard University Native American Program, also known as HUNAP, in Massachusetts. Mosteller comes to HUNAP from the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Cultural Heritage Center in Shawnee, Oklahoma, where she served as executive director. She also worked as her tribe's historic preservation officer.

Harvard University Native American Program (HUNAP) Faculty Director Joseph P. Gone has announced Kelli Mosteller (Citizen Potawatomi) as the new executive director of HUNAP. Mosteller is an esteemed leader in the preservation of Citizen Potawatomi Nation history and a strong voice in the advancement of Native American and Indigenous communities. For over a decade, Mosteller has been the executive director of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Cultural Heritage Center in Shawnee, Oklahoma, and a tribal historic preservation officer for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation, a role in which she consults and preserves tribal sites of historic significance throughout the United States. Additionally, she is a gaming commissioner for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation and serves on the Pottawatomie County Historical Society Board, Indiana University First Nations Leadership Ambassadors Council, Leadership Oklahoma Board of Directors, and Indiana University Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology Advisory Board.
