Public urged to spay, neuter cats

To keep the cat population safe, local shelters are encouraging people to get their cats fixed. This time of year is known as “kitten season,” which means an abundance of cats are appearing at shelters. To combat this, the Huntingdon County Humane Society (HCHS) is asking for the public to spay and neuter their cats.
