House passes bill named for fallen Johnstown K-9 officer, Titan

Beloved Johnstown Police Department K-9 Titan died in the line of duty late last year. The 7-year-old Belgian Malinois fell into an abandoned elevator shaft as he and his partner, Johnstown Police Officer Brian Stephens, chased burglary suspects in an abandoned warehouse.
