Kersey Man Charged After Police Chase in Side-By-Side

A Kersey man was charged after a police chase in a side-by-side Thursday. Pennsylvania State Police charged 31-year-old Patrick Sheeley with DUI and harassment. The charges stem from Sheeley allegedly shoved and spat in the face of a 34-year-old woman and left the area. He returned in a Polaris side-by-side, doing donuts in the field in front of the woman’s house, yelling at her while drinking. Police pursued the vehicle and arrested Sheeley.
