SOMERVILLE (WGME) -- A Knox County man is dead after a car and motorcycle crash in Somerville Friday afternoon. Police say 78-year-old Christopher Lascoutx of Washington, Maine was driving southbound on the Turner Ridge Road on a 2019 Triumph around 3 p.m. when he hit a Lucas Tree Service truck while it was mid-turn in the roadway.

A Washington man died after his motorcycle collided with a truck and trailer on Turner Ridge Road in Somerville the afternoon of Friday, June 24. Christopher L. Lascoutx, 78, of Washington, was driving his black 2019 Triumph motorcycle southbound on Turner Ridge Road when it collided with a red 2020 Ford F-350 pulling a trailer, according to a press release from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

Motorcyclist dies after crash with truck in Somerville

SOMERVILLE, Maine — Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash involving a truck that shut down a road in Somerville for three hours Friday afternoon. Christopher Lascoutx, 78, of Washington, was riding his motorcycle southbound on Turner Ridge Road around 2:52 p.m. when he collided with a Lucas Tree service truck driven by Brandon Higgins, 23, of Etna, Lincoln County Sheriff's Office Lieutenant Brendan W. Kane said in a press release Saturday.
