FARGO (KVRR) – Police say a man was arrested in Fargo Monday morning after he caused extensive damage to a Fargo bank. Shortly before 8:30 a.m., police were called to Bell Bank at 3100 13th Ave. S. on a report of someone throwing rocks at the bank’s windows.
