I know some of you will read this just until I begin to explain how our fishing regulations work, and then your eyes will glaze over and you will move on to the classified ads. Bill Would Make To-Go Alcohol, Expanded Outdoor Dining Permanent in Delaware

DOVER, Del.- To-go alcohol and expanded outdoor dining were popular during the height of the pandemic. Now, they may be a permanent fixture in the First State. House Speaker Pete Schwartzkopf is sponsoring House Bill 290, which would remove a current "sunset provision" to the current policy. Strong consumer demand for buying locally grown in the First State

DELAWARE – Despite inflation costs for the big box stores, local shopping is going strong in the First State. The Delaware Department of Agriculture announced that farmers’ markets had almost 3.16 million in sales for 2021. This is the second-highest sales year for Delaware’s farmers’ markets. The Department said they gathered the sales numbers from 18 local markets, adding, this number proves the demand for buying locally grown food is strong.
