Dak Prescott has taken a "step back" in his return from shoulder strain

The Dallas Cowboys will host their last practice in Oxnard, CA on Tuesday before heading to Canton, OH for Thursday's Hall Of Fame game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Quarterback Dak Prescott was not expected to play in that game after suffering shoulder strain during practice last week. Dak said he first felt the injury before the teams first padded practice in training camp. “I was feeling the tightness or whatever. As a competitor, you want to push through it, and you want to say it’s just a day that I feel different. But it’s something that I never felt,” Dak said while speaking to the media.

You Can Watch a Live Baseball Game From a Lazy River in Texas

The best seats in the house at this Texas baseball stadium have a very particular dress code: swimwear. At Riders Field, where the minor league baseball team Frisco RoughRiders play, fans can watch games from a 68,000-gallon lazy river, which is the largest water feature in a professional sporting venue, according to the league. One lap around the more than 3,000-square-foot river is about 400 feet. Those in the lazy river — whether on an inner tube or just hanging out in the water — get a 270-degree view of the stadium with a vantage point above right field. Plus, the water temperature is always just right, since the pool is heated.

Top QB Recruit To Skip Senior Year At Southlake Carroll High

Southlake (AP) – The player considered to be the top quarterback prospect in the class of 2022 says he is skipping his senior year of high school in Texas and plans to enroll at Ohio State for the upcoming semester. Quinn Ewers explained in a Twitter post that he would soon be completing the course necessary to graduate from Southlake Carroll High School. The five-star recruit says his decision was influenced by Texas rules which prohibit him from earning money from endorsement and sponsorship deals. Last month, the NCAA lifted its long-time ban on athletes being compensated for their names, images and likenesses. Experts say Ewers could earn up to a million dollars under the N-I-L rules.
