JACKSON, Miss. — A 61-year-old shooting victim has died, making the case Jackson's 71st homicide of the year. Kenneth Weathers was shot the night of June 16 outside a convenience store in the 1600 block of Robinson Road, Deputy Chief Deric Hearn said.
