Rafters Lose Fifth Game of 2022 to Jackrabbits

KOKOMO, IN – In what was perhaps one of the more competitive games of the Rafters dominant 2022 season, it was not a favorable outcome. Wisconsin Rapids dropped their fifth game of the season to the Kokomo Jackrabbits, 4-2. Jackrabbits starter, Richard Kiel, began his dominant night in the top of the first retiring the Rafters in order, 1-2-3. Rafters starter, Jake Dahle, threw a scoreless bottom half of the first against the Jackrabbits. Rats were again retired 1-2-3 in the second, but the Jackrabbits were able to strike first in the home half via an RBI groundout making it a 1-0 Kokomo lead. Jake Dahle threw a scoreless third inning to finish his night. He gave up one run on three hits, two walks, and two strikeouts.

Happy Purdue Hate Friday. This year we decided the Big Ten would take the reins for us.*. *Just kidding. BuffKomodo’s got y’all at 11am CT. In more seriousness, there’s a certain beauty and poetry to Purdue—and most of the Big Ten West also-rans like Nebraska and Minnesota—finally reaching the 8-4 threshold, only to have this happen. (And I include Northwestern here, obviously.)

B1G 2022 // Oh, Hey There Little Brother: A Bit Of Friday Purdue Hate

The engineering programs are top notch and I know several graduates of their various engineering and agricultural programs. They’re all fairly normal, good people. I really don’t want to come on this site and cast stones from my glass house and create a mess in MNW’s lawn. But….
