The Georgia State Patrol is currently investigating an accident involving a Crisp County Sheriff’s Office patrol unit and a motorcyclist. In a media release, the Crisp County Sheriff's Office says that shortly before 11:30 P.M., on June 28, a CCSO patrol unit struck the rear end of a motorcycle. The incident happened near the 1600 block of 16th Avenue.

Three were transported to Crisp Regional Hospital after a collision in the 1400 block of East 16th Avenue. At this time we are unaware of the condition of the three that were transported.

CRISP COUNTY, Ga. — Two people are recovering from their injuries after jet skis they were riding crashed into each other on Friday. Crisp County sheriff’s deputies say they responded to Lake Blackshear on Friday at 12 p.m. to reports of the jet skis crashing and the drivers being in the water.

On June 29, 2022, at approximately 11:20 P.M., a Crisp County Sheriff’s Office patrol unit struck the rear end of a motorcycle near the 1600 block of 16th Ave. The motorcycle driver complained of minor injuries and was transported to Crisp Regional Hospital by Crisp County EMS. The motorcycle driver was later released from the hospital. Georgia State Patrol Post 30 is investigating the incident. Crisp County Sheriff’s Office will also conduct an internal investigation per agency policy.

CRISP COUNTY, Ga. - Deputies came to the rescue of a man and woman injured when jet skis collided on Lake Blackshear on Friday, the Crisp County Sheriff's Office said.
