According to Onley Mayor Matt Hart, a major retail business is coming to Four Corner Plaza this fall. Marshall’s, an American chain of off-price department stores owned by TJX Companies, has applied for signage permission for a new location at Four Corner Plaza, in the former Peebles Department Store on the south end of the shopping complex.

Salisbury man charged following drug investigation

SALISBURY, Md. – A Salisbury man has been charged following a drug investigation. We’re told the investigation was launched earlier this month regarding 64-year-old Eric Thomas distributing controlled dangerous substances out of his residence in the 100 block of Truitt Street. On June 3rd, law enforcement established surveillance on Thomas’ residence, where he was seen leaving.

Salisbury Police asking for public’s help in locating 17-year-old girl

SALISBURY, Md. – Salisbury Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a teen not seen since Friday. Police say 17-year-old Sheilea Angelique Johnson was last seen at 601 Dover Street around 10:00 p.m. on June 24th. Johnson is described as about 5’06” tall, and weighing 280 pounds. She has hazel eyes and black hair. Johnson was last seen wearing her hair in a ponytail, a gray t-shirt that says “Power to the Females”, cheetah print glasses, and rainbow fuzzy slippers.

Commissioners Approve New Cluster Design Standards For Campgrounds

SNOW HILL – County leaders approved a text amendment last week that will allow for a new cluster design at local campgrounds. The Worcester County Commissioners last Tuesday voted 5-0 to approve a text amendment that allows a cluster design for cabins and park model trailers at rental campgrounds. The new layout will allow campgrounds like Frontier Town to try a different layout than the traditional rows of campers and vehicles parked next to each other.
