Independence Day

Independence Day Celebration will be held today at Cumberland Bowl Park in Jonesville. There will be a full day of events starting with the 4 on 4 basketball tournament starting at 10am. Inflatable bounce houses, the corn hole tournament and dog show will begin at 5pm. The watermelon eating contest and baking contest will be at 5:30 and the craft station will open at 6. Townbranch Bluegrass will start the entertainment on the stage at 6 with Tony Lawson and the Drywallers starting at 7:30. Mayor Jerry Harris will welcome everyone at 8:30 and lead everyone singing our National Anthem. It will be a fun day of food, games and entertainment so everyone come and enjoy.
