Corning man, following long series of arrests last year, sentenced to 11 years in state prison

A Corning man was sentenced to 11 years in state prison Monday, bringing a close to a series of arrests on charges including assault, burglary and intimidating a witness. Kyle J. Horton, 21, pleaded guilty in Steuben County Court to first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault, grand larceny, intimidating a witness, and several other charges prior to being sentenced Monday by Steuben County Judge Patrick F. McAllister.
