SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A driver accidentally sent their vehicle crashing into a building in Sacramento on Saturday night. The incident happened at Heritage Oaks Psychiatric Hospital, which is at 4250 Auburn Boulevard. A Sacramento Fire Department spokesperson says paramedics are at the scene. No one was injured and the driver was able to exit the vehicle. It appears the crash was an accident.

A suspect has been arrested in this week's fatal shooting of a man on a San Francisco subway train, police announced Friday. Javon Green, 26, was arrested Thursday in Pittsburg, a city about 40 miles east of San Francisco, after police released photos of a man they described as a person of interest in the case, said Officer Kathryn Winters, a spokesperson with the San Francisco Police Department.

Ingleside resident Javon Green, 26, was arrested Thursday evening by the SFPD after allegedly shooting two men and killing one on a Muni train on Wednesday morning. The SFPD Homicide Detail found probable cause to search and arrest Green in the East Bay city of Pittsburg. He was charged with homicide, carrying a concealed firearm, and using a firearm in commission of a felony, police said Friday morning.

SUISUN CITY (CBS13) — Friday afternoon a fire broke out in the backyard of a house on Potrero Circle in Suisun City, said the Suisun City Fire Department. Around 5:31 p.m., fire crews were dispatched to the backyard to a large column of smoke. When crews arrived, they found a shed on fire in the backyard with another structure beginning to catch fire and several others being threatened by the flames. Crews were able to contain the fire to the yard and only one structure was burned. The fire is under investigation and there were no reported injuries.
