A Buffalo teenager has been charged in connection to a high-speed car crash that killed a baby. Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced that the 19-year-old man was charged on the morning of Wednesday, January 26, 2022, before Cheektowaga Town Court Justice James Speyer, Jr. Gino Michael Cesar is facing one count of Criminally Negligent Homicide, which is a felony.

WNY Woman Sentenced To Jail Because She Hit Police In Head With Megaphone

A Chautauqua County woman has been sentenced to jail time and probation after assaulting a Buffalo police officer with a megaphone. Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced that the 22-year-old was sentenced the morning of Friday, January 28, 2022, before State Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller. She will spend 30 days in jail followed by three years of probation. Karcz pleaded guilty to the charge against her - one count of Assault in the Third Degree, which is a misdemeanor.
