PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Mount Lebanon native Mark Cuban's low-cost drug company is offering an affordable solution to those looking for birth control pills or emergency contraceptives.This comes in the aftermath of the Supreme Court overturning the right to get an abortion last week.Cuban said his Cost Plus Drugs company offers a wide range of generic drugs.It does not currently accept insurance but claims its prices are still below what patients would pay with insurance at a typical pharmacy. Federal judge for Robert Bowers case wants trial to begin next spring or summer

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The federal judge overseeing the Robert Bowers case wants to start talking about when the trial will begin. U.S. District Judge Robert Colville told both sides of the case to prepare to discuss a trial date at their next meeting.According to KDKA's news partners at the Post-Gazette, the judge believes the trial could begin next spring or summer.Bowers is accused of shooting and killing 11 people at the Tree of Life Synagogue in 2018.He faces the death penalty if convicted of federal hate crimes.

Multiple homes go up in flames in McKeesport

MCKEESPORT (KDKA) -- Two homes have been destroyed and two more suffered damage following an overnight fire in McKeesport.Firefighters and first responders were called out around 2 a.m. to an area of Soles Street near the intersection of Beaver Street.A resident in the area tells KDKA that he woke up to a fire, got out of his own home and went into an elderly neighbor's house to get the couple out with the help of police.The cause of the fire, any injuries, or extent of damages is unknown at this time.Stay with KDKA-TV and KDKA.com for updates to this developing story as they become available.
