LACKAWANNOCK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A Mercer man is facing DUI and child endangerment charges after police received multiple reports of an erratic driver on Interstate 80. On Sunday, May 22, around 8:34 p.m., Mercer-based State Police were dispatched to Interstate 80, near State Route 19, in Lackawannock Township, Mercer County, for multiple complaints involving a Honda sedan traveling “all over the roadway.” Additionally, it was reported that the vehicle struck a semi-truck, a guardrail, and construction signs.
